Rates, invoices and payment
We bill from the weight or volume measured at our warehouse, at the rates published when the invoice is issued. The exchange rate is locked on the invoice. Online payments go through Paystack, which adds its own transaction charge; you see it on the Paystack payment page before you pay.
Storage and collection
Goods are stored free for a period after they reach our China warehouse; after that a daily storage fee applies. In Nigeria, goods not collected after our pickup message attract demurrage. The current figures are in our FAQ.
International shipments
Air and sea are priced per kg, with a minimum weight for each destination. Import duty and taxes are set by the destination country's customs and paid by the receiver; they are not part of our invoice.
