Create an account. Your China warehouse address is in your dashboard, with your name and XT code already in it. Press Copy address and paste it exactly as it is when you buy. Do not delete or change your name or code: it is how we know which package is yours.

After you buy, open My Shipments and press Create shipment. Add what you bought and the seller's tracking number for each package, then submit. If you are consolidating, save it as a draft and submit when you have added all your tracking numbers. Your goods are not confirmed automatically until you create a shipment.

• Normal goods: 7 - 10 days, $12 per kg.
• HK / special goods (battery, liquid, powder): 14 - 28 days, $12.50 per kg.
• Express cargo, normal or special goods: 1 - 5 days, $15 per kg.
• Express cargo, gadgets: 1 - 5 days. ₦25,000 per phone, ₦35,000 per tablet, ₦50,000 per laptop.
• Sea, normal goods: 60 - 90 days, ₦500,000 per CBM.
• Sea, battery goods (lithium batteries, power banks): 60 - 90 days, ₦600,000 per CBM.

Anything with batteries, liquids, powders or power banks. They ship at the HK rate. If HK goods are mixed in with normal goods, the whole package ships as HK.

21 days free. After that, ¥10 per day for each package.

A charge of ₦1,000 per day if goods are not picked up within 7 days after we send your pickup message. It adds to your balance until you pay.

From the weight or CBM we record at our warehouse, at the current rate. The exchange rate is shown on your invoice and is locked when the invoice is issued (today: $1 = ₦1,430, ¥1 = ₦210).

Open the unpaid invoice in your dashboard and pay online.

Xtatee Cargo does not do deliveries within Nigeria. You either pick up at our Lagos pickup hub (address is on your dashboard) or we connect you to a dispatcher you can negotiate and discuss with (this is why you need to fill your last mile delivery address when creating a shipment).

No, if you are buying other things that are not accessories that came with the gadget in the same parcel, you need to create a new shipment and choose the appropriate shipping method.

Express and Gadget shipping is dependent on the available space. It typically takes 1 - 3 days if there’s limited space.
GZ, HK and Sea takes 1 - 7 days depending on the volume available.

Yes, they can go via HK or Sea.

Switch your dashboard to International, create a shipment and choose the destination country, Air or Sea, and the goods type. Your goods still go to our China warehouse first: on the International side that is the only receiving address.

Air and sea are both priced per kg, in US dollars, by destination country, method and goods type. Each destination has a minimum weight: a lighter shipment is billed at the minimum. The calculator shows the price and the minimum for each country. Import duty and taxes, where a country charges them, are paid to that country's customs and are not on our invoice.

Copy goods are replicas of brand-name products. Non-copy goods are original or unbranded items. They are priced differently, so choose the right one: some countries seize undeclared copy goods.

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and anything that looks like a weapon (including imitation guns and knives)
• Explosives and fireworks

Some destination countries refuse further items. We show those when you choose the country. Before you submit an International shipment you confirm it contains none of these.

Yes. Request a quote. We charge ¥500 per hour. Transportation is paid separately. We quote the total once we know your supplier's location, and you pay after you accept the quote.

₦20,000 commitment fee per request, however many links you add. Our fee is 10% of your order total. The commitment fee is deducted from it. It is non-refundable if you don't proceed.

Standard sourcing is done remotely. If you want us to visit a factory in person, you cover the transport. We discuss it by email.
